Very unprofessional and misleading experience.I started an update via Windows and after that only the backlight worked. I tried the method specified by HP Recovery (Windows+B), which requires a USB stick with the original BIOS from the HP website, but that didn't work. In the shop (which consists of just one room in an apartment with old computers), he was very nervous and told me he would ask a specialist. I paid him 40 euros on the first day I gave him my notebook. After a few days, he asked me to give him the battery and CD drive, which I did. After that, he didn't contact me for a week and a half, and when I called him, he said my PC was broken and couldn't be repaired, and that it was only worth 60 euros in hardware. He was out of town, and the following Monday I got my PC back. He said he had worked on it for three hours and would not return the 40 euros. I asked him what exactly he had done, and he said he had used the same USB stick I had given him and just pressed the button, nothing else. Well, I lost 40 euros to this artist because he kept my PC for two weeks. It seems like I just paid the rent. He didn't open it and try to use a programmer because the BIOS chip is on the other side of the board and the motherboard has to be unplugged. Er war nicht in der Stadt, und am folgenden Montag bekam ich meinen PC zurück. Er sagte, er habe drei Stunden daran gearbeitet und würde die 40 Euro nicht zurückgeben. Ich fragte ihn, was genau er gemacht hatte, und er sagte, er habe denselben USB-Stick benutzt, den ich ihm gegeben hatte, und einfach nur den Knopf gedrückt, sonst nichts. Nun, ich habe 40 Euro an diesen Künstler verloren, weil er meinen PC zwei Wochen lang behalten hat. Es scheint, als hätte ich nur die Miete bezahlt. Er hat ihn nicht geöffnet und versucht, einen Programmierer zu verwenden, weil sich der BIOS-Chip auf der anderen Seite der Platine befindet und das Motherboard ausgesteckt werden muss. Super schnelle und kompetente Hilfe! Ich konnte mein Notebook am Tag, an dem es kaputt ging, direkt abgeben und am übernächsten Tag vollständig repariert abholen. Herr Schulz war sogar so nett, alle vorher installierten Programme etc. zu-re-installieren, sodass ich wie gehabt weiterarbeiten konnte.

So, I decided to upgrade my rig, swapping my AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT for a shiny AORUS GeForce RTX 5070 Ti MASTER 16GB. I’ve done GPU swaps before, so I thought, "No biggie, just run DDU, pop in the new card, and I’m gaming." Spoiler: it was not that simple I had no display, no BIOS, just a SAD black screen. I went full troubleshooting mode: reseated the GPU, rubbed and reseated my RAM, double-checked all cables (including the 12VHPWR), switched from HDMI to DisplayPort, reset CMOS, and even tried to update BIOS via the motherboard’s output. Ich kann diesen tollen Service nur weiterempfehlen! Mittwoch geschrieben, abends einen Termin für Donnerstag bekommen. Sogar mit Abholung meines PCs, was mich positiv überraschte. Herr Schulz ist ein sehr lieber Mensch, der immer erreichbar ist und mir immer Auskunft gab über den aktuellen Stand. Gestern habe ich meinen PC dann wieder erhalten, er wurde mir wieder zurückgebracht. Der Preis war auch mehr als fair, dafür was der Service alles geleistet hat! Mir wurde auch gesagt, wenn noch was wäre könnte ich mich jederzeit melden und sie kümmern sich direkt darum. Ich bin wirklich rundum zufrieden und würde meinen PC dort immer wieder in die gute Hände geben! Danke Herr Schulz und Team! 🙂

Service der noch Service ist und sich die Menschlichkeit bewahrt hat. Ich hatte für eine Softwarethematik angefragt. Korrekter Weise wurde ich noch auf etwas hingewiesen, das ich erstmal überprüfen solle. Letztendlich habe ich dann den Service in Anspruch genommen. Innerhalb einer Stunde konnte ich vorbei kommen, nach weiteren 20 Minuten, das Thema erledigt. Viel Zusatzinfos parallel bekommen, das einfach gut ist zu wissen. Der Preis war dann so korrekt, dass man Freude hatte Trinkgeld zu geben. Kann diesen Service wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal!

Review in English as my German is extremely limited. Which is already a huge plus for this place. I got there without an appointment and we agreed I'll go back next morning. He asked me what was the issue and told me "I need 15 minutes". Next day I got there and he got me ready in 15 minutes. Gave me an affordable solution and charged me almost nothing. He was efficient, honest, and thought of what was best or more convenient for me. I already recommended him twice, I know a friend has been there recently with also a wonderful experience. You can trust this place, his service, he is respectful of your time and delivers =)

Herr Schulz hat mir sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Mein Laptop war zwar nicht mehr zu retten, aber er hat wenigstens die Daten noch für mich gerettet. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und empfehle ihn gerne weiter.
