Bauexperts: Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Buchholz

Sehr gute und kompetente Endabnahmebegleitung, können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Friendly man but very dissapointing service. Expensive for what you get. He did the inspection of our new house while walking with his hands in his pockets. He did not even go onto the attic. He missed the following things: - mold in the basement - mold on the stairs - mold in multiple rooms - woodrot/termites in the stairs - leaking roof - electricity issues - leaking waterpipes - cracks in loadbearing wall that had to be fixed for safety - stonemarter infestation He could have seen this issues if he did a decent inspection. We payed almost €500 for an hour of indecent work, witho written report. He ensured us that we made a good deal on the house and that the state of the house was good. He did not check the entire property or even all the rooms. I do NOT recommend this building"inspector".
